    o Fear of going crazy or dying
    o Feeling unreal and not in control of your behavior

    There are various types of anxiety illnesses and sometimes they are related with physical problem such alcohol and drug abuse. Anxiety is the major symptoms of other mental sickness called anxiety disorders. Anxiety disorder symptoms may differ from the symptoms of other anxiety disorders, but all the symptoms cluster around excessive, groundless fear and dread.
